Michelle Williams Will Not Attend Dark Knight Premiere

There's been a ton of stories in the press about Michelle Williams and the drama between her and Heath Ledger's family.

Michelle's rep has already denied the rift between the family, but she also confirmed that Michelle won't be at the 'Dark Knight' movie premiere.

Her rep Mara Buxbaum says, "There is misinformation all over the place. (The premiere) was never on her calendar and she's not in the movie. This isn't a press event for her. She's not going, there is no reason."

It doesn't surprise me that Michelle isn't going. The press want her to go so they can write stories and fill their blogs and make a big spectacle out of it. I'm sure the thought of that makes Michelle uncomfortable, and Heath was certainly never a fan of the publicity part of the business. Besides, I'm sure she'd rather watch the film on her own time, without a room full of people with her.

Michelle was Heath's ex, they had split months before making it official and he was dating the model Gemma Ward at the time of his death and had spent his Christmas holidays with her in Perth. Michelle got pregnant and Heath thought he had to stick around as long as possible, but she was never 'the one' and was never going to be 'the one', so people, get over it. She was another notch in his belt who happened to do the 'accidental pregnacy' on him. Heath was happy without her and wouldn't have wanted her in his premiere.
