Actress Natalie Portman is set to make her directing debut as she teams up Participant Productions for her newly formed Handsomecharlie Films production company.
Portman has signed a two-year production deal and anticipates on having 'A Tale of Love and Darkness' be her directorial debut.
The story is based on the bestselling memoir of Amos Oz, with Naomi Foner in negotiations to adapt the screenplay.
Portman is among one of my favorite actresses, I'd be willing to watch anything she's in or directs. Kudos to her for making headlines based off her work instead of stints in rehab.
