Jessica Simpson is such a “serious” actress that she is considering baring all skin for the sake of the art.
A source said: "Jessica is in the running for a role that, if she gets it, will put her right on the map in terms of acting.
"The only hitch is that the script requires a number of quite graphic scenes including a full-frontal nude scene. Jessica is so desperate to land the role and get the industry's respect that she's ready to go against her better judgment, and her family, by agreeing to bare all."
Jessica is dying to be this serious actress, but unfortunately I don’t ever see it happening. I mean she is good for those blonde ditzy roles, but it’s no secret that she is never gonna be Oscar worthy.
So what does Daddy Joe think about all this? Earlier in the year Joe had said that Jessica had turned down a role as a porn star because of the nudity.
He said: "The last script that came to us was for Jessica to be a porn star. We were promised we would win an Oscar with that. I told them, 'I think we'll just buy a statue of a little man and keep our clothes on.' "
So I guess, he's not gonna be too happy about all this?
Maybe Jess should give a shot at those cheesy romantic comedies that all of us girls love to watch. She keeps choosing these really weird movies that keep going to DVD, which we all know is not so good for her acting career.
