Howard Stern To Remake Rock N Roll High School

Howard Stern has decided to get back into movie making. He'll be doing a remake of the 1979 classic Rock 'n' Roll High School.

To refresh your memory, the film is about a group of rock-music-loving students, with the help of the Ramones, take over their school to combat its newly installed oppressive administration.

The remake is being written by Bill from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (Alex Winter in real life).

He says, "I've now done so much stuff in music videos, and the Napster movie, that the chance to bridge music and comedy was something that intrigued me. This movie seemed so ripe for a remake."

What do you think? Is this a good movie to remake, or is the original so good that no one could top it?
