Hilary Swank stars in the new romantic comedy P.S. I Love You and she admits that she took the role because of her mother. Swank is known to play in much more serious roles and her mother was basically sick of her dying on screen. She wanted her daughter to do something more upbeat.
Swank says, "I usually do drama. But my mom said to be 'can you please live to see the credits'. So it's giving my mum her new year's resolution early."
Hilary’s new movie comes out in theatres on December 21st.
