The National Board of Review of Motion Pictures picks "No Country for Old Men," the Coen brothers' intense take on crime and carnage along the Rio Grande, for the best film of 2007. The movie, which stars Tommy Lee Jones and Josh Brolin, is an adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's novel about the aftermath of a drug deal gone bad.
