No More Blockbusters for Colin Farrell

Colin Farrell

Colin Farrell says he will never star in a big budget movie again because he's tired of working for producers whose only concern is making money.

He says, "If you are on a film such as Miami Vice or Alexander that has a budget that is healthily north of $100 million you can pretend that it's all about the work but there's a certain amount of pressure. You have decided to walk into a world where the most important thing is financial return and your are going to get a call on Saturday telling you what the Friday opening was. I've been on the receiving end of a couple of those calls and it's horsesh**t. I don't want to play in that world any more."

Um...it's Hollywood Colin, why else would producers make movies?

colin is right, i understand what colin is saying, by the way i loved alexander colin was magnificent, no actor could have played as brilliantley as colin and looked as handsome as colin did , colin and oliver stone each should have gotten an oscar for that movie , years to come people would understand and will see the magnitude of that movie , it is really a shame that this movie wasn't appriaciated at it's own time .
