Borat Gets Sued Again

The suits behind Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan just can't catch a break. Everyone that had a cameo in the movie has basically sued them.

Michael Psenicska, who was the driving instructor in the comedy, slapped the makers of the hit movie with another lawsuit.

Michael Psenicska began legal proceedings on December 4, 2007 with the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, New York, seeking $100,000 in compensatory damages, citing 'extensive advertising' which used his image.

Gregg Brilliant, a spokesman for Twentieth Century Fox, says, "He signed a release, and we have an agreement.

"Now, two and a half years after giving his consent and more than one year after the movie was released, Mr. Psenicska has decided to file a lawsuit, citing the financial success of the film, in spite of our agreement."

Everyone in that movie is sue happy. They saw an opportunity for a quick buck and jumped on the bandwagon, its pretty ridiculous!

Come to America, the only country you can sue someone else because you are stupid. Burn yourself, sue the the place that sold the coffee. Trip, sue the homeowner. Fall down steps, sue the business. In America you need to be stupid or dim to get ahead for free.
