A-list actor Anthony Hopkins claims to have signed up for his latest movie 'Beowulf' without even reading the script.
Hopkins had never even heard of the English poem that the movie is based on. I don't blame him--I had to read it in college and I've been trying to forget it since.
He says, "I never read the book. The script is good but I have to admit I only read part of it - I only read my part."
When we asked Hopkins what made the movie so great he replied, "It's an escape from every day life."
Beowulf hits theaters on November 16th.
